When will my order leave?
Order before 12 midday, Monday to Thursday, for same-day despatch, subject to stock availability and any published closure dates. All cut-off times use UK local time, including British Summer Time.
Orders placed after midday Monday to Wednesday move to the next available despatch day. Orders placed after midday Thursday, or on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, are scheduled for Monday, unless a closure or bank-holiday arrangement changes the next available despatch date.
Frozen parcels use a Next Day Before 12 courier service to eligible destinations. This means the working day after despatch, not necessarily the day after you place your order. Courier disruption can affect arrival times.
Where can we deliver?
We deliver to eligible addresses in Great Britain. We cannot currently send frozen orders to Ireland (including Northern Ireland), the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight or Scottish offshore islands. Destinations served only by a two-day courier service are also excluded.
Some Scottish Highlands addresses can receive the required service and carry the £13.00 surcharge. Other Highland and remote postcodes are excluded: paying the surcharge does not make an unsupported address eligible.
For example, the current exclusions include all KW postcodes, AB37–AB38 and a number of IV, PA and PH districts. This is not an exhaustive list. Contact us with your full postcode before planning an order to a remote area.
